Internet vs. Store Items
Three types of Merchandise found on www.ffac.com:
Furniture For A Cause has three classification of items that you will find throughout our website:
- Internet Only Items
- Store Only Items
- Internet and Store Items
To determine which type of item you are viewing, click the Specifications tab on the product detail page (it is next to the description) and you will see the classification and availability of this item. This will help determine if you can purchase the item online or if you can expect to see this item when visiting our store.
Internet Only Items
These are items that we offer exclusively online and can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States. These items typically are shipped direct from the manufacturer to your home or business. We strive to offer some top name brands at direct prices online. If you live in the San Antonio area you may elect to pick up at our store, have the item delivered from our store (additional fee), or have the item(s) shipped direct from the manufacturer to you. You can also visit our store and look at our extensive library of items in our vendor catalogs or in some cases, we may have samples of finishes, materials, or other information to assist you with your Internet Only purchase. Your Internet Only purchase will be billed to your card, when the item ships from the manufacturer to you. Your card is not billed at the time of your order. Orders can only be canceled/changed before the item(s) ships from the manufacturer. Since we are ordering the merchandise specifically per your request, there are no returns on Internet Only items once they ship to you.
Store Only Items
Store Only Items are items that we are unable to ship due to size and/or logistics. These items can be purchased through our website, but they can only be picked up or delivered locally (Greater San Antonio area). If you purchase a Store Only item through our website, a member of Furniture For A Cause will confirm availability of the item in our store, and then confirm your order via email and/or phone. When your order is confirmed, your card will be charged. Buy online with confidence that you will not be billed until we have verified that the item is available for you in our store.
We cannot hold items in our store. If you see an item online and wish to view first, you can call 210-340-1678 to confirm availability and we suggest to visit quickly as items sell fast in our retail store.
Internet and Store Items
These are items that Furniture For A Cause ships within the continental USA and you may also find in our retail store. Due to daily changes in inventory, a particular item that is listed as "Internet and Store Item" may be out of stock in our store. New furniture merchandise that is listed as "Internet and Store" on our website are items that we generally offer for sale throughout the year and may not actually be offered for sale at the time that you are shopping our website.
